Job Objective:
To secure a responsible position with a progressive firm that will utilize both my knowledge and skills to ensure the health and safety of the people, preventing property damage and to the environment by implementing HSE Plan, maintaining and improving the HSE Management System requirements, targeting compliance to the local regulations and legislations and to the International Standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support and promote all HSE policies and procedures implemented by the
company.
- Carry outsite observations to see that only safe system of work are in operation, that health and safety requirements are being observed, and that welfare and first aid
station facilities are adequate and properly maintained.
- Carry out Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment and provide a proper and adequate recommendation to ensure safe system of work to avoid accidents; injury, damage and loss
control.
- Assist with employees training at all levels.
- Inspect the worksite daily and report and correct unsafe acts and conditions.
- Keep permanent record of all HSE reports.
- Conduct periodical inspection of vehicles, equipments, tools and fire fighting facilities etc.; and monitor the action points at worksite and render necessary guidance to
Engineers/Supervisors/Workers duringthe siteinspection.
- Maintain and update all H.S.E related documents.
- Display the relevant cautionary instructions, signs and symbols in the prominent places.
- Commit to HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
